n Engineering Inc. was commissioned with providing engineering services for a 1.12-acre plot in Toronto, Ontario. This plot now hosts a gas station plaza featuring a 6-pump gas bar, a car wash, and a convenience store.
The project required a range of specialized services, including:
- Site Servicing and grading;
- Stormwater Management Plan;
- Entrance and Road Design;
- Signage Plan;
- General Review of above items construction
Located at a prime spot in the city, the gas station draws significant traffic from Highways 407 and 427. To ensure optimal functionality and enhanced property value, n Engineering Inc. devised creative solutions to integrate existing services seamlessly. Their innovative designs met all the standards set by the relevant Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
n Engineering Inc.’s sister company, n Architecture Inc., managed the preparations for Site Plan Approval and the Building Permit. Collaboration between the engineering and the architectural teams was crucial for securing the necessary permits for site servicing and grading, ensuring alignment with the architectural vision.
Construction commenced in August 2021, with n Engineering Inc. overseeing the project. Their team conducted regular site visits to monitor progress, ensuring safety and timely completion. Each visit involved detailed documentation of completed work and planning for subsequent construction phases.
The project was successfully wrapped up in November 2023, with the gas station plaza fully operational since September 2022. The clients expressed their satisfaction with the construction outcome.
